We are not responsible for orders lost or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
No refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Follow these steps to report a damaged item:
