At Dalita, we’re committed to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your items will be shipped, what shipping options are available, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

1. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete and a separate notification when your order has been dispatched.

  • During high-demand periods or promotional events, processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

 

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship all over Australia using trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, or courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control.

 

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your items, as well as the selected shipping method.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

  • If you have selected a paid shipping option, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your parcel via the carrier’s website.

  • Orders under $9.99 are eligible for basic mail shipping (no tracking) for just $3. If you would like tracking for orders under $9.99, please select and pay for Standard Shipping at checkout.

  • Please note: For items sent via basic mail, we are not responsible for lost packages.
    This offer is available to customers within Australia only.

5. Delays and Lost Parcels

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, public holidays, or other events beyond our control. However, we will assist in tracking down any delayed or missing parcels.

  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us via the contact form on our website. We will investigate with the shipping provider and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Dalita is not responsible for items not received due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • If you realise you’ve entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately. If the order hasn't been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update the shipping information.

 

7. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

  • This Shipping Policy does not limit or exclude any rights you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product you receive is faulty, damaged, or significantly delayed beyond reasonable expectations, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair.
